What information do I need to provide during registration?

You will need to provide your student’s personal information, contact details, emergency contact information, and any relevant medical information. Here is an overview based on our registration form:

  • Guardian Information: Including first and last name, email, phone, and address.
  • Student Information: Including first and last name, relationship to guardian, grade entering, school attending, date of birth, and phone number.
  • Medical Information: Any allergies, medications, medical insurance details, and consent for medical treatment.
  • Activity Waiver: Consent for participation in Boys2Men activities.

Is there a registration fee?

No, there is no registration fee for our program. Boys2Men is committed to providing support and guidance to all students without any cost.

Can I register my son if he is already a member?

Yes, current members can re-enroll for the new season through the re-enrollment section on our registration page. Please visit https://b2minc.org/registration/ and choose the “Current Member” option to complete the re-enrollment process.

What is the age range for participants in Boys2Men?

Boys2Men is open to boys in middle and high school. Generally, this includes ages 11 to 18.

What happens after I submit the registration form?

Once you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will review the application and provide any additional information you may need.

  • For Returning Members: You don’t need to meet with us again. You’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions to complete the re-enrollment process.

  • For New Members: We look forward to meeting you! After you register, we will schedule a meeting with you and your student to get acquainted and ensure we are a good fit. You will receive an email with the details and next steps.

Can I register more than one son at a time?

Yes, you can register multiple sons. Please complete a separate registration form for each child.

What if my student has special needs or requires accommodations?

We strive to be inclusive and accommodate all participants. Please indicate any special needs or accommodations required on the registration form. Our team will meet with you to ensure we are a good fit. We do have students with special needs, but every case is different, and we are committed to working with you to meet your student’s needs.

When does the registration period open and close?

Registration for the 2024/2025 school year is open now and will end around the end of September. Please ensure you complete the registration within this period to secure your student’s spot. Note that our first Monday meeting is on September 9th.
